I made a delicious pasta dish from America's Test Kitchen tonight, swapping out the leeks for a regular onion, mainly because I didn't feel like going to the store to get leeks. :)
ATK's recipes are typically fairly involved, especially when it comes to the number of dishes/kitchen tools involved, and this one was no exception. I managed to use just one pan, but the sink is still full of dishes.
Definitely worth it though!
